New

• Class color accent system — the addon now uses your character's class color as the accent color throughout the entire UI: window borders, headers, buttons, highlights, the title, and the logo watermark. Reverts to white if disabled in Config. Takes effect after UI reload.
• BiS Item column in Loot Council — the voting table now shows a "BiS Item" column for every candidate, displaying in green which spec/list the dropped item belongs to (e.g. "Brewmaster Offensive"), or a dim "not in list" if it isn't their BiS
• Obtained checkmark in Loot Council — if a candidate already has the item marked as obtained, a green checkmark is shown next to the list name so officers instantly know
• BiS info in Loot Response popup — each item row in the voting response popup shows "in BiS: [list name]" in green, or "not in list" in grey

UI

• Loot Council member popup widened — from 660 → 760px to comfortably fit the new BiS Item column
• Scrollbar skinning — all three scroll frames (member popup, council popup, history popup) now use the addon's custom scrollbar skin
• Export/Import close button — replaced the default Blizzard close button with a styled dark-red X matching the rest of the addon chrome
• Frame strata hierarchy cleaned up — all popups now have a clear conflict-free stacking order: main frame → loot popups → response popup → selector → version check → export/import
• Selector dropdown arrow — replaced the broken Unicode ▾ character with a proper WoW scroll texture, tinted in class accent color
