    - replace OnUpdate script by C_Timer.NewTicker because blizzard blocking use of OnUpdate sometimes.
    - fix startup problem to get applicant list on PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD
    - fix not closable window problem
    - fix some timing problems. now it is legion ready :)

    - added 'resetframe' to chat commands
