DataBroker plugin can now be toggled between total tithe and current tithe due by right clicking the plugin. Currently doesn't update immediately.

Databroker plugin no longer uses GetCoinTextureString(), for space constraints.

Added checkbox to disable ElvUI skinning
Reworked DataBroker support. Tooltip implemented and will now properly load as an ElvUI datatext.
