Guild Spam Silencer

A small, lightweight addon that attempts to temporarily address bugs related to guild chat. The addon does two things:

• Hides the toasts & mutes the noise associated with the guild achievements in the following categories: classic battles, united nations, diplomacy, pandaren embassy, race-slayer, and others spammy ones. Does not block other guild achievements.
• Mutes "(player) has come online" sound and also hides the message from gchat (in English). This does not resolve the lag spike associated with mass logins, as that is on blizzard's end.

I am not an addon dev, so this is probably less elegant / efficient than it could be. I also cannot create something more custom. This addon is intended to have a limited shelf life, and be deleted once Blizzard fixes the issue.
