GuildUtility is a guild front desk for World of Warcraft. One window holds your roster, your guild's profession lists, crafting requests, ranks, and a guild calendar.
Roster tab: Search and sort your whole guild by name, level, or class. See who is online, their zone and rank, and class colors at a glance. Click a member to whisper them, Shift-click to invite them. Hover any row for notes, rank, and zone. The ? button opens the inspect panel with their attributes and gear.
Professions tab: See every recipe your guild knows, and how many members can craft it. Pick a recipe to see its crafters, who is online, and each crafter's skill. The View: Players mode lists guildmates who share data, with their professions and skill levels.
Requests tab: Crafting requests from guildmates, plus the Guide Atlas with starter leveling, hunter pet, and gold reference notes.
Ranks tab: Every rank with member and online counts. Click a rank to filter the roster. Recruitment is manual only: one /who search per click, one guild invite per click.
Calendar tab: A month grid for guild events. Click a day, type an event, and add it. Events share with guildmates running GuildUtility.
Settings: Display toggles, clock mode (Local / Server / UTC), Classic or Dark theme, window reset, and the guild Discord link.
Open with /gu or /guildutility, or click the dragon icon on the minimap. Drag the minimap icon around the minimap by clicking and holding it.
Honest limits: gear and attributes only appear for guildmates running GuildUtility. Profession sharing is Classic-only; roster, requests, ranks, and calendar work on retail.
