Guild Quartermaster turns your guild's bank characters into one searchable, shared inventory.
If your guild doesn't use the auction house, everything gets sourced internally — and the hard question stops being where do I buy this and becomes who actually has it. This answers that, for everyone, without anyone having to log into a bank alt to look.
What it does
Browse every bank in one window
A category tree covering crafting materials, recipes and everything else, with bag-style item slots and quality colours. Search by name across every listed bank at once.
Materials sorted by profession, from the first login
Classic doesn't label trade goods by profession, so Guild Quartermaster works it out itself — and refines that by reading real recipe reagents whenever anyone opens a profession window.
Ask for what you need
Post a request, optionally with a reason so whoever's deciding between two people has something to go on. Anyone whose bank can fill it is told when they log in, and can filter to just those.
Deposit in one press
Shows what's in your bags worth banking, grouped by which bank it belongs to. One button addresses the letter, attaches what fits, and sends it. Officers can assign categories to each bank, so herbs go one way and gear goes another.
Guild stock in every tooltip
Hover any item anywhere and see whether the guild already has it.
Nothing goes missing quietly
Mail expiry is tracked with real deadlines, so nothing times out unnoticed. Free bank slots are recorded so you know where there's room. Every figure shows how old it is, because a bank reading is only as fresh as the last time someone stood at one.
Contribution tracking
See who's actually stocking the banks, ranked by items, deliveries, variety or vendor value. Officers can hide the board if they'd rather.
Shared automatically
Bank contents sync over the guild addon channel. Any member holding a copy can pass it on, so the bank alt's owner doesn't need to be online.
Getting started
- An officer opens Settings and adds the guild's bank characters.
- Whoever owns those characters logs in and visits a bank once.
- Everyone else can see the contents.
Only listed bank characters are ever scanned. Nobody's personal bags are recorded or shared.
