GuildPrizeTracker is a lightweight guild management addon for World of Warcraft focused on participation tracking, guild rewards, raffles, and community engagement.

Designed for guild leaders, officers, raid teams, and Mythic+ communities, the addon helps reward active members while keeping everything synced automatically across the guild.

Guild Participation Tracking

Track and reward:

Automatic Guild Sync

GuildPrizeTracker includes a built-in sync system.

Guild members with the addon installed automatically share:

• donation tracking
• online sync status

Managers/officers automatically provide updated guild data to members requesting refreshes.

Gold Donation Tracking

GuildPrizeTracker now supports automatic donation tracking.

When players with the addon installed donate gold to the guild bank:

• donations are automatically detected
• synced to officers/managers
• added to the player leaderboard
• tracked in Recent Events

A fallback Guild Bank Money Log scanner is also included for manual scans.

Alt Character Support

Link alts to a main character so:

• raffle entries stay fair
• weighted raffles count one player
• duplicate winners are avoided
• sync status is cleaner

Officer System

Important Notes

• Some features require guild members to have the addon installed.
• Automatic donation tracking only works for players with the addon installed.
• Guild Bank Money Logs are limited by the WoW API.
• WoW does not allow addons to detect Battle.net accounts automatically.
