Bankert's Bags now treats Light Feather as a Reagent across bag and bank views, search, sorting and assigned bag routing.

Food & Drink, Scrolls and Potions have consistent categories in bag and bank displays, search and sorting, including cached item views. The reviewed Classic Era item facts cover 259 Food & Drink, 24 Scrolls and 108 Potions, including supported elixirs and flasks. Items without reliable classification retain their native category.

Noctis Guides no longer sends a character to accept A Fine Mess when it is absent at the optional conditional Scooty reward visit. A genuinely held quest remains required for that visit; ready quests retain the Booty Bay hand-in destination. Unknown quest evidence and explicit required work keep their existing safeguards.

Automated verification passed on both Lua runtimes: 2,228 Bankerts LuaUnit successes across 108 invocations, and 11,140 Guides LuaUnit successes across 338 invocations plus 212 documentation assertions in two invocations. Existing lint and formatting baselines were preserved. These are fresh checks for the changed addons, not a new full run of all thirteen addons. Final native 1.9.54 smoke acceptance is pending and will be recorded separately.

All thirteen packages retain the fixes and artwork from 1.9.53 and share version 1.9.54. Targets WoW Classic Era 1.15.9, Interface 11509.
