This addon provides an easy UI to view various features. Building it for WoW Forever however it also works for Classic (with the exception of auction scanning)

First, anything personal to a player is OPT-IN ONLY. You only share visibility to information about your character if you specifically enable your share settings. Upon first opening is a quick setup wizard (optional) where you can select what you choose to opt-in to sharing. If you skip, or complete the wizard you will be able to change these opt-in settings at any time in the settings tab. You may choose to opt-in to sharing the visibility of your gear, bags, bank, professions, gold, reputation and more may be added in the future. You may also select specific bag/bank slots to share if you wanted to only share specific bags for any reason. An example would be if you are the guild enchanter, you may have an enchanting bag and choose to share visibility to only that bag. You may be a bank toon and share visibility to everything. Or you may simply leave the settings opt-out and not share anything, this is 100% up to the player to share. Gold sharing has 1 extra option where a player may choose to simply cap what they share, for example, a player may set share to 500g, in which case if the player has over 500g it would simply display 500g+. This is again completely optional.

Guild management may request minimum share settings to which guild management may see players who have features disabled however they can not force a player into enabling a feature, the player themselves must enable it. Reason for this, guilds may have a share policy for example, a guild may require all members to share visibility to a profession so if patterns are being rolled off they can verify the user has the profession.

A tab for item tracking that is a simple list of EVERY item from EVERY player in the guild that has opted-in to sharing, its searchable, and upon selection displays which guild members have the item.

A tab for providing Kudos to guildies to be used for members who are always helping other guild members may reward them with a thank you.

Other options like Settings, Backing up data also exist. The addon is designed mostly as an honor system where guild management may override a few things however on the off chance a guildie breaks the addon in some arbitrary way for example spamming kudos the guild master may simply restore a backup from the previous date. ALL players addon’s backup the data however only the guild master and guild roles the guild master mark as management may restore data.

It’s not perfect, but I hope this is useful for some people.
