Version 0.3.13 — Match orders against current guild recipes

• Show known crafters on orders using the current guild recipe inventory.
• Keep old cached recipes from bringing back crafters after their current inventory no longer includes the recipe.
• Refresh all visible order rows after recipe changes, including rows that are not selected.
• Keep explicit profession filters isolated and count diagnostic matches once.
