What's new

Guild Bench

1.1.33

  • Chat can hide a guild name. Any word of that name hides the line. Words of 3 letters or fewer, and filler such as "from", do not. Select the guild to limit it to channels. The count next to Remove is how many lines it hid.

1.1.32

  • Spanish, Portuguese, and Chinese need more than one mark. Spanish and Portuguese hide a line only after 3 matching words. Chinese needs 4 characters. An upside-down question mark alone is not Spanish.

1.1.31

  • The blocked list records a chat line once. The same post was being written once for every chat window.

1.1.30

  • Each saved chat phrase shows how many lines it has hidden, next to Remove. The number is kept.

1.1.29

  • Save book stores the open profession book. Ask in /g posts in guild chat. Get theirs quietly requests recipes people already saved.
  • Sharing waits until the guild roster knows a two-word name, then sends that character. An empty copy no longer sticks.
  • A ping is sent on the guild channel and whispered to online members, so a copy inside an instance still gets it. The answer is sent before the popup is drawn.
  • The minimap button opens the window. Left-click opens it, right-click opens options, and drag moves it. Minimap button bags can pick it up.

1.1.28

  • Each chat rule can be limited to channels. Select a phrase or a language, then light the channels. All means every channel.
  • Chinese can be hidden in /2 and still show in /s. A phrase can use a different set.
  • A channel number that is not on the row can be typed in. Chan adds it.

1.1.27

  • QoL has a Chat page. A phrase hides any chat line that contains it, ignoring case. Remove deletes a phrase.
  • Checkboxes hide Chinese characters, Portuguese, or Spanish. The sender's name is not checked.
  • Blocked lists the lines hidden this session.
  • Options shows these notes.

1.1.26

  • Login sends a short hello. The full recipe list goes out only when someone does not have it yet. Messages go through ChatThrottleLib so a ping is not stuck behind a recipe dump.
  • !who item in guild chat. One person whispers who can make it.
  • Item tooltips name guild crafters. Shift adds where a missing pattern comes from.
  • Cooldowns show on a member. Click one to be told when it is ready.
  • A profession page says where unscanned patterns come from: the trainer, Merchant's Favor, or Waylaid Crates.

1.1.25

  • A guild ping is sent on the click, not a timer. Chat then lists who answered. If nobody answers, the ping did not reach a copy of 1.1.25.

1.1.24

  • Options tab can ping everyone who has the addon. You type the message. They get a popup. One ping every 30 seconds.
  • Show guild pings turns those popups off.

1.1.23

  • Release build. The CurseForge file is a release, so the app will download it.
  • Same Groups fix as 1.1.22: a plan with replies no longer crashes the Groups tab.

1.1.22

  • Fixed the Groups error that fired once someone had answered a plan.
  • Time boxes take Tab and Shift-Tab. Hour is 1 to 12 with an AM/PM button.
  • Options tab. Feedback opens the Discord invite so you can copy it.

1.1.21

  • Fixed the Groups error that fired once someone had answered a plan.
  • Options tab. Feedback opens the Discord invite so you can copy it.

1.1.20

  • Group time boxes take Tab and Shift-Tab. Hour is 1 to 12 with an AM/PM button.

1.1.19

  • Groups tab. Add a title and a server time. Others can say yes, can't, or suggest one other time.
  • You can lock the time or cancel. The plan deletes itself once that time has passed. No repeat option.

1.1.18

  • Discord invite is on the window and in Options. The button prints the link and selects it so you can copy it.

1.1.17

  • Stopped the login ping. A guild member coming online no longer makes every copy of the addon answer in chat.
  • Blank yellow lines from those messages are hidden.

1.1.16

  • Quests list the title on the left. Click a name on the right to open a whisper. You still press Enter.
  • Under the profession buttons, a line names every profession nobody has scanned.

1.1.15

  • Shift-clicking an item into search shows the item name, not the raw link.

1.1.14

  • Whisper opens a tell to the selected member. You still press Enter to send it.
  • Shift-click an item into the search box, or paste [Item], to list who can make it.
  • Each member shows how long ago their professions were scanned.

1.1.13

  • Release build. CurseForge lists this file as a release, not an alpha or a beta.
  • This changelog ships with the addon. Publishing a v tag sends this file to CurseForge as the file's notes.

1.1.12

  • Look up who in the guild has a profession, then open that person's recipes.
  • Click a recipe for its materials. Shift-click a recipe or a material to link it.
  • Fishing and first aid stay hidden until you turn them on. Cooking is its own profession.
  • Quests tab lists quests that more than one guild member has.
  • QoL tab stores short slash commands. Using one opens chat with the long line filled in. You press Enter to send it.
  • /rl is included and stays off until you enable it.
