NEW FEATURES — SETTINGS PANEL

- Added a Settings panel (gear icon in the main frame title bar, or /gp settings)
- Achievement Scope selector with three modes:
  • Account / Warband (default) — show all tracked achievements
  • Character — show only achievements where this character has in-progress
    criteria or is actively tracking
  • Guild — reserved for future guild achievement support; hides all entries
    until guild achievements are added to the database
- Auto-scan on zone change toggle: when enabled, GuidePost automatically scans
  for new achievements matching the current zone every time you enter a new area
  • New finds are added to the runtime database immediately — no reload needed
  • Auto-discovered entries appear in the list with a yellow [?] marker
  • Selecting an auto-discovered entry shows an [Auto-discovered] notice in the
    detail pane and prompts you to check your in-game achievements panel
  • Manual /gp scan still prints results to chat as before
- Settings are saved account-wide in GuidePostDB.settings

• **Estimated completion** — rough time estimate based on step count
• **Party sync** — broadcast your current achievement goal to group members
• **WeakAuras export** — push current progress to a dynamic WA display
• **Per-character vs account-wide** — flag achievements that are account-wide
• **Sound + flash** on completion — something more satisfying than the default Blizzard ding
• **Smooth animation** on collapse/expand for minimize button
