Guardian tracker is an addon which keeps and shows only important combat logs with fail and success points. It shows you how many times players failed and performed praiseworthy actions with detailed information.
Guardian tracker keeps lots of spells in it. It gives some points to players who use their important cooldowns in combat, such as Shamanistic Rage, Dispersion, Revival, Rallying Cry etc.
Every detialed log in guardian tracker shows to user, when the action is performed, who is the caster, how much hp caster and target have, and more information.
Guardian tracker shows to user, when someone in raid pops his/her defensive cooldown, while the cooldown's buff is active on the player, if player takes an important damage or not. If the player takes an important damage, the addon gives the player a success point with a description like "the player took ... dmg but used ... coodown etc" If player does not use any cooldowns, the addon gives a fail point with a description like "the player took ... dmg without any cooldown.."
Guardian tracker also shows to user, when someone in raid has less than %35 hp, if a healer heals him, the addon shows this action like "the healer healed the target has less than %35 hp : amount"
