    Add cooldown, joke history, and configurable settings

    - Add 30-second cooldown between jokes to prevent spam
    - Track last 10 jokes to avoid recent repeats
    - Add configurable output channel (SAY/PARTY/RAID/GUILD)
    - Add persistent settings via SavedVariables
    - Monitor additional chat channels (RAID_WARNING, YELL)
    - Add slash commands for configuration
    - Remove duplicate joke
