gSpellSound is a lightweight WoW addon that allows you to bind custom sound effects to specific spells. Whether you need an audible cue for your most important cooldowns or just want to customize your gameplay experience, gSpellSound provides a seamless way to manage spell-based audio triggers.

🛠️ How to Use
Open the configuration menu in-game via ESC > Options > gSpellSound
Creating a Trigger
- Search: Use the Search Box at the top to filter the lists.
- Select Spell: Click "Select Spell" to pick from your spellbook, or enter a Manual Spell ID in the box next to it.
- Select Sound: Click "Select Sound" to choose from built-in, custom, or SharedMedia sounds.
- Set Cooldown: Enter the desired cooldown in the Cooldown (sec) field (defaults to 3 seconds).
- Add: Click the green "Add" button to save your trigger.
Managing Triggers
- Active Triggers: View all your active bindings in the scrollable list at the bottom.
- Test & Delete: Use the Play button to preview a sound or the Delete button to remove a trigger instantly.
💾 Installation
- Download the latest release.
- Extract the
gSpellSound folder into your WoW AddOns directory: _retail_\Interface\AddOns\
- Restart World of Warcraft or reload your UI (
/reload).
