7/19 - Added Blizzard Single-Button to the version for Delves / Open Worlds for almost classes. This version adds the cooldowns that blizzards dont do. Updated a lot of the rest macros except rogues. Shaman, Monk, are now on the 2.0 version scheme leaving just rogues on the 1.0 scheme
