- Fixed scrolling issue where the last players name was cut off

- Re-implemented standby status, which places them in a separate category and excludes them from the category totals

- Fixed issue where quick status change was not updating other users

- Fixed issue where rank was not being displayed in attendance list

- Fixed issue where viewing an event would set the user as not attending if they didn't make a choice
