Promoting to release.

Martin Wilkerson:
    - only return if there are no group members
    - rename global slash command variable
    - correct lua filename in toc
    - change addon title
    - rename files to match CurseForge project name
    - Stop processing when we know we won't get any results.
    - Initial version
    single slash command /groupcon calls a function that gets the realm and guild membership of all group members and reports it to the default chat frame
