Register GET_ITEM_INFO_RECEIVED and add OnItemInfoReceived to rebuild options and update the display when item data arrives. During initialization, request item data for all trackedItems not yet cached via C_Item.RequestLoadItemDataByID so item names/icons are available after login. Ensures the UI updates correctly when the server provides item info.
