GrindTracker Update

UI polish:
- Added darker header bars to the main window, Analytics, History, and Settings panels.
- Added a matching footer bar behind the main Start / navigation / End Session controls.
- Tightened and aligned the top header buttons for a cleaner, more symmetrical layout.
- Resized and centered the footer buttons to better fit the new footer bar.

Customization:
- Added new Appearance options for Header color and Footer color.
- Header and Footer colors support opacity.
- Added Settings toggles to hide the Header and Footer bars for players who prefer the older style.
- Header/Footer visibility and colors are saved with profiles.

Compatibility:
- Changes apply across Retail, TBC, and Vanilla/Classic versions since all builds use the shared GrindTracker.lua file.
