Fix cramped tabs in the Native look.

• Give all six Report and Players/Catalogue tabs separate hit areas and even spacing, keeping labels clear of neighboring tabs and report content.
• Fit the tabs at narrow and wide window sizes, and retain their spacing after reopening, switching looks or changing display scale. Native template fallbacks are covered too.
• Preserve font sizes and full-name hover text for shortened labels. The Grimlight look, report data, settings and saved histories are unchanged.
• Thank you to Arclight_Huguang for the Simplified Chinese translation and CN-client testing of the fix, scaling, navigation, Chinese Copy, reload/history and combat hover/scanning on client 1.60.1.70374.

Update and use /reload when convenient. Leave WTF and saved histories untouched. WoW Forever 1.60.1.

Missing statistics remain unknown; available values depend on the game client/service. New untranslated interface text uses English fallback. Empty comparisons, forced busy/timeout and large-number formatting remain regional follow-up checks; this release does not claim every client or state has been field-tested.
