GridStatusAFK:
- added Grid_UnitOffline event:
  If a groupmember is afk, than offline and than come back online no event was fired. That unit's
  afk flag is now set correctly, because a unit that enters world is never afk flagged.

- toc: removed OptionalDeps (Grid has all we need)
