    - Gladiator Stance protection warriors are melee DPS, not tanks.
    Filter return values from LibGroupInSpecT-1.1 to fix up the
    "spec_role_detailed" returned via the "info" table for protection warrior
    tanks talented into Gladiator's Resolve.
    
    Manage "blizzardRoleByGUID" without using LibGroupInSpecT so the initial
    Blizzard role isn't incorrectly set for protection warrior tanks in
    Gladiator Stance.  This is due to LibGroupInSpecT using Blizzard's
    GetSpecializaitonRoleByID() as the value instead of
    UnitGroupRolesAssigned().
    
    Catch UNIT_AURA event while out of combat to watch for protection warriors
    switching between Gladiator's Stance and Defensive Stance.
    - Documentation improvements.
