• Localization changes.
  • Use Grid's localization table.
  • Seed localization table with Blizzard-provided localized strings

• Use MooSpec-1.0 instead of our own role inspection code.
  MooSpec-1.0 uses MooInspect-1.0 under the hood and is much better-
  behaved with regards to using the WoW API function NotifyInspect().
  GridLayoutByRole should no longer cause the server to drop
  inspection requests due to spamming too many requests at the same
  time.
• Pull in MooSpec-1.0 and its dependencies to inspect player roles.
• Use embeds.xml instead of listing libraries in the TOC file.
