• Provide options to show different healer classes as "melee".
  Some healers could be classified as "melee" due to their healing
  mechanics, e.g., Mistweaver Monks and Holy Paladins. Allow setting
  the raid role of those healer classes to "melee" through an options
  panel.
  This fixes issue #1.
• Provide options to set the role to display in each group.
  The "By Raid Role" layout has four groups, and each group can be
  independently set to display one of the four raid roles. This
  allows for reordering the roles displayed left-to-right in the
  Grid layout from the default of TANKS > MELEE > HEALERS > RANGED.
