    Fix retail 12.x Lua errors and /gbg sell outside vendor, release 1.3.8

    - Use C_Item.GetItemInfo / C_CurrencyInfo.GetCoinTextureString with
      fallbacks to the Classic globals.
    - Detect greys from container item info (quality, hasNoValue).
    - Only allow /gbg sell while a merchant is open.
