GreyGreed 2.99.99 — Compatibility Update

This release introduces compatibility warnings in preparation for GreyGreed Suite 3.0, a major upcoming update featuring substantial improvements, expanded functionality, and deeper integration across the suite.

When will a warning appear?

A compatibility warning appears when GreyGreed detects that an installed legacy add-on has been replaced by its corresponding GreyGreed 3.0.0 or newer component.

The warning appears only when the replacement component is installed, enabled, and available to load. Installing GreyGreed Core alone will not trigger warnings for unrelated components.

When a replacement is detected, GreyGreed will:

• Identify the obsolete add-on folder that should be removed.

• Prevent the outdated component from initializing alongside its replacement.

• Explain how to remove the old add-on safely.

Important: Players should remove only the identified obsolete add-on folder. Do not delete your WTF or SavedVariables folders, as these contain saved settings and preferences.

Until a corresponding replacement is installed, existing add-ons will continue operating normally.

No gameplay features or existing functionality have been changed in this release. This update is intended solely to help players transition safely to the upcoming GreyGreed Suite 3.0.
