GreedyQuest automatically selects and highlights the most expensive item in the quest reward window.

It does:

Select the most expensive item in the quest reward window
Allow the price of an item to be overriden (useful for repeatable quests with reputation reward)

It does not:

Auto-complete quests
Display the value of the item
