Any time an epic quality item is given out while Mosin is in your raid, you will automatically congradulate him in raid chat with "Grats, Mosin!", regardless if he received the loot or not. This is an inside joke for our guild on Classic, and mostly for the distribution of our guild. A Single line of the code can be changed for this to work in regards to other people. I may or may not update this project to make it customizable in game.
