126 Updates some Quest/NPC information. Corrects some issues that would cause taint. Disables some message printing unless the acceptstaint toggle is set using /grail acceptstaint Corrects GetNPCId and GetNPCInformation to skip GUID processing for dead units, preventing secret string taint. Corrects looting name detection to use UnitName() instead of tooltip text, preventing secret string comparisons. Corrects duplicate looting entries appearing in the saved variables tracking file.
