   Updates some Quest/NPC information.

   Removes redefinition of LE_GARRISON_TYPE_6_0 and uses Enum.GarrisonType.Type_6_0 instead.

   Adds the ability to have groups of weekly quests behave like groups of daily quests.

   Changes zone names to include floors if map is part of a group, and not to duplicate entries if possible.  Maps with the same name as another map will get a mapId added to it.

   Adds color to debug statements for quests marked completed when others completed or accepted.

   Changes IsLowLevel to now use the maximum variable level for a quest in its computation.  Changes QuestLevelString to include a range if there is a maximum variable level for the quest.

   Changes interface to 90005.

   Changes check for renown level to ensure covenant matches as Blizzard renown API ignores covenant.

   Starts to add support for Classic Burning Crusade (using interface 20501).
