  - Added Show bar background option in settings to control threat bar background visibility.
  - Improved bar readability by increasing inner inset so the background track is more visible in combat.
  - Updated background visuals from dark gray to a dark green-tinted track for clearer contrast with threat fill.
  - When background is disabled, keep a faint track instead of fully hiding it so 0% state remains visible.
