    Fix for Issue #5

    * Addons that show chat history - "CHAT_MSG_RAID_WARNING" was triggering ChatFrame_AddMessageEventFilter. Masterlooter is nil and thus mlGUID is nil. Added a IsInRaid check to the ChatFilterBids function.

    EPGP assign bug and Tier1 prices

    * The EPGP input dialog only accepts 3 characters. This was problematic when you needed to subtract "-150" EP or GP from a player(s). Increased this fields max size to 4 characters from 3.

    * Tier 1 pieces are now free. Updated Prices DB to reflect that change.
