• Fixed TBC ADDON_ACTION_BLOCKED errors caused by protected SetCVar() calls.
• Added combat-safe CVar handling to prevent protected actions during combat.
• Fixed an additional protected CVar path in the Combat Text system.
• Fixed TBC ADDON_ACTION_BLOCKED caused by automated SendChatMessage().
• Updated the 10-second CC warning system:
  • Raid → automatically announces in RAID.
  • Party → automatically announces in PARTY.
  • Solo → displays the warning locally.
• Removed the unsafe automatic /say path.
• Reduced unnecessary repeated CVar setup calls.
• No changes to existing nameplate styles, presets, positioning, or other gameplay features.
• Version updated to 10.5.24.
