You will need to download the external Goblineer Updater. For setup instruction look at the Readme.
The Goblineer Updater downloads the data from Blizzard's servers, calculates the marketvalues and sends it to the addon. The addon only refreshes data if you reload your UI (/reloadui) or if you restart WoW.
