• Ban items in the lobby: the Banned items rule opens the item list, where the host clicks items to ban or allow them. Banned items can't be bought, never drop from crates and are never starting items.
• New Unlimited setting for Fuel per turn: drive as much as you like every turn.
• The Move distance rule is gone. Every move of fuel now drives a fixed, slightly longer distance.
• Firing now blasts smoke out of the barrel, bigger with more power, and shakes the screen a little at very high power.
• Starry skies: the stars are round again, fewer and more naturally spread, and fade toward the horizon.
• Aimed Shot now ignores wind.
• Rocket Boots also double your driving speed for the rest of the turn.
• Blizzard shells and blasts are icy blue.
• Clearer descriptions for several items.
• New, easier to read minimap button icons.
