v0.6.0
What's new
- Missing code folders. If a code folder is on a drive that isn't connected, the
desktop app now starts anyway and skips that folder. When you connect the drive, the
folder works again with no restart.
gnomish-relay statuslists the folders it can't find. - Setup asks before it removes a code folder it can't find, and keeps it if you say no.
- Setup and the desktop app refuse a code folder that's too wide to be safe, such as your whole home folder, your whole disk, or a folder with private files. They say which one and why.
- Agents can no longer see the desktop app's settings and keys or the private files of the game. At auto-edit, a command that names a secret file asks you first.
- Timeways can no longer read the
.envfiles in your home folder. - On macOS, a command can't open apps or start background jobs outside the sandbox.
- The log hides secrets in the commands of desktop requests.
gnomish-relay setup --helplists the options. Setup now refuses an option it doesn't know.- If your key file is damaged, setup makes a new one and tells you.
- Screenshots of the colored bar are now a few KB, not up to 18 MB.
gnomish-relay statusshows why the last screenshot couldn't be read.- Long WoW: Forever character names now work.
Fixes
- The desktop app now reads the colored bar at any screen size and UI scale.
- When you stop the desktop app, it now also stops every agent it started.
- Windows:
install.ps1now stops the running desktop app before it replaces it. It no longer closes your PowerShell window, and it adds the app to your PATH only once. - The install script now runs nothing if the download stops partway.
