EN - Roster/CharInfo UX completion, account-link correctness, and major runtime performance hardening

• Completed the requested Roster UX updates with default-expanded Settings tree sections and restored Zone column rendering including alignment/clipping fixes.
• CharInfo now keeps Mythic+ default dungeon rows visible even when no synced run payload exists yet, so the card structure remains informative for new/unsynced characters.
• AccountInfo account-link resolution was hardened to avoid incorrect cross-character references, including strict selected-GUID validation and safer main-character persistence fallback.
• GuildLog persistence was reinforced with guild-key fallback mirroring and reduced scan/refresh pressure to minimize session-loss edge cases and lag spikes.
• Dashboard was upgraded to a true system-status landing page with READY/NOT READY overview for extensions/modules and localized status strings.

• Die angeforderten Roster-UX-Updates wurden abgeschlossen: standardmaessig aufgeklappte Settings-Baumabschnitte sowie wiederhergestellte Zone-Spalte inklusive Ausrichtungs-/Clipping-Fix.
• CharInfo zeigt nun die Standard-Mythic+-Dungeons auch ohne synchronisierte Run-Daten, damit die Kartenstruktur fuer neue/unsynchronisierte Charaktere sichtbar bleibt.
• Die AccountInfo-Account-Link-Aufloesung wurde gehaertet, um falsche Cross-Character-Referenzen zu vermeiden, inklusive strikter Selected-GUID-Validierung und robuster Main-Character-Persistenz.
• Die GuildLog-Persistenz wurde mit guild-key-Fallback-Mirroring stabilisiert und die Scan-/Refresh-Last gesenkt, um Session-Loss-Randfaelle und Lag-Spitzen zu reduzieren.
• Das Dashboard wurde zu einer echten Systemstatus-Startseite erweitert (READY/NOT READY fuer Extensions/Module) inklusive lokalisierter Status-Texte.
