    Separated Glyphs and Marks into tabs

    • Updated the interface, the window is now a little bit bigger (and looks better too!).
    • Glyphs and Marks now have their own tabs! The Marks tab is only visible to Druids and highlights the forms that have been unlocked (account-wide).
    • Added a Refresh button that only shows if there is data to refresh as sometimes content/highlighting is missing from the tabs. Also added a forceupdate command to that end.
    • Added localisation strings in all interface languages for refresh instructions. Many thanks to my friends at the WoW Realms and Aerithium Discords for helping me with the translations!
    • Removed the config screen and option as they became obsolete with the introduction of the extra tab.
