🐛 Fixed: /glvlock causing Lua error

Error: attempt to call field '?' (a nil value)

Cause: Slash command was registered to a function (ToggleLock) that didn’t exist.

🛠 Fix:

Implemented full ToggleLock() function

Added ApplyLockState() system

Added persistent GLV_DB.locked state

Removed invalid RegisterForDrag(nil) call (Blizzard API doesn’t allow nil)

✨ Result:

/glvlock works properly

Lock state persists after /reload

No more AceConsole errors

Dragging only works when unlocked
