The retail and classic code is now one in the same!  This will make managing releases so much easier and we can expect that the classic version will no longer lagging behind the retail version.  As a result both the retail and classic versions will now use the same version number which will be based on the retail wow version.

Fixed a bug that was allowing some messages to show even when they were supposed to be disabled during login/synchronization.

Added option to disable same-faction syncing to the account wide ignore list to the GUI options

GIL now automatically declines guild invites from people on ignore, to go along with its duel and party invite declines.  I actually thought it already did this but someone pointed out it did not, so thank you!
