Added some changes to system message filtering that was in retail for years but never made it to classic. This may help fix any studdering to yellow messages.

Added some additional protections for bugs in Blizzards ignore system that can cause blank or unknown people to get into the ignore list

Added some additional filtering of "Unknown friend result" messages that was in the retail version just in case its a problem in classic too
