 - Added support for Blizzard Guild Challenge Alerts.
 - Recoded all the anchoring. They should always appear in this order now:
     1. Achievements Alert
     2. Dungeon Completion Alert
     3. Guild Challenge Alert
     4. Battle.net Toast Frame
 - Switched settings from an individual character paradigm to a global paradigm. I will only bring back per Character settings if there is an overwhelming demand for them. This change means your settings will have reverted to the default settings for this build. The anchor position is not stored in Glamour setting and by the WOW client itself. It'll be unaffected by this change.

 - New feature enabled by default (Scale large battle.net broadcasts). This feature doubles the width of the Toast frame and triples the printable area in the frame when a large broadcast is received via a battle.net friend.
