New Optional Feature: Capture Blizzard Dungeon Completion Alerts. This window is displayed after completing a dungeon using the looking for dungeon tool. Enabled by default.

New Optional Feature: Capture battle.net Alerts. This window is displayed when a battle.net friend's status or broadcast changes. This includes new invites. Enabled by default.

Improved the Interface Options window, adding more settings and an option to reloadui.

New Feature: Command Line interface. There are now several slash commands you can run todo various things with Glamour. Type /glamour or /glam to see a list.

Internal Changes:
- Added new functions for Testings battle.net and DungeonCompletion frames.
- New routine for handling default savedvariables more accurately. Future releases will only need to implement the defaults from new features/settings and not always wipe out your settings.

-- added a draggable anchor for positioning the alert frame.
-- added in game configuration menu in ESC -> Interface -> Addons -> Glamour
-- added option: "Capture Blizzard Alerts" (enabled by default) This option will capture the Blizzard Achievement alerts and funnel them through the shared Glamour alert frame.
-- added option: "Reverse Alert Direction" (disabled by default) This option will instruct Glamour to position new alerts above the previous alert, in case someone wishes to position the anchor at the bottom of their screen and have alerts climb upwards.
-- Updated Alert Frame click behavior:
   1. Left-clicking on a blizzard alert will correctly open the achievement window for that achievement.
   2. Left-clicking a non-blizzard alert will hide the alert.
   3. Right-clicking on any alert will hide the alert.
