-- added a draggable anchor for positioning the alert frame.
-- added in game configuration menu in ESC -> Interface -> Addons -> Glamour
-- added option: "Capture Blizzard Alerts" (enabled by default) This option will capture the Blizzard Achievement alerts and funnel them through the shared Glamour alert frame.
-- added option: "Reverse Alert Direction" (disabled by default) This option will instruct Glamour to position new alerts above the previous alert, in case someone wishes to position the anchor at the bottom of their screen and have alerts climb upwards.
-- Updated Alert Frame click behavior:
1. Left-clicking on a blizzard alert will correctly open the achievement window for that achievement.
2. Left-clicking a non-blizzard alert will hide the alert.
3. Right-clicking on any alert will hide the alert.
