GismoOmni [NO LONGER UPDATED CHECK DESC]

Added saved values for settings that show when the menu shows and changed some Cooldown timers to more accurately show how long CDs should glow. ((Its a long list of spells Im slowly getting to them.))

NEW FEATURE: You can not change the threshold timer to something other than 7 seconds, so if u want to see every cooldown that comes up in 30 seconds or 15 you can do that too.

I think 15 is a good threshold time.
