New
- Added a new `Missing` button to check active group buffs on allies
- Added a new `Consumes` button to check missing Flask/Phial, Well Fed, and Vantus Rune
- Added clearer local-only output for buff and consumable checks, grouped in a more readable format
- Added fresh group resync before running `Announce Avg`, `Announce PI`, `Buffs`, `Missing`, and `Consumes`

Improved
- `Announce PI` now waits for an up-to-date group scan before selecting targets
- `Buffs` now uses refreshed class/spec data before reporting coverage
- Group buff tracking has been unified into one canonical tracked buff table
- Added explicit support for `Skyfury` in tracked group buffs
- Improved tracked buff resolution with spell ID first, plus spell name fallback
- Buff and consumable checks now report missing players more clearly
- Added safer deferred action handling so repeated button clicks do not stack endlessly during an active scan

Fixed
- Fixed stale group data causing incorrect `Buffs` and `PI` announcements
- Fixed `Skyfury` not being detected reliably
- Fixed API compatibility issue where spell name lookup could fail on some clients
- Fixed chat spam issues causing `SendChatMessage(): Chat message limits exceeded`
- `Buffs`, `Missing`, and `Consumes` are now local-only informational tools and no longer post to party/raid chat
- Added queue protections to reduce the risk of runaway actions and excessive memory growth

Notes
- `Announce Avg` and `Announce PI` still announce to the appropriate group channel
- `Buffs`, `Missing`, and `Consumes` now print only for the local player
- Consumable detection currently checks aura names for Flask/Phial, Well Fed, and Vantus-style buffs
