1.2.2 - Fixed /gi implementation. I think.

1.2.1 - Added /gi slash command.

Type "/gi off" to disable the addon, "/gi" to enable the addon with the default command" or "/gi command" to change the command to whatever is listed after /gi. Readme updated to include credit for this update.

1.2: Changed TOC to 4.2. Addon works fine.

1.1: First release, modified version of InviteMe

Slash commands haven't been properly tested yet.
