I am not in a guild where this is easily testable at this point.
This is as is until I can get more testing done.
If someone has the time, or a guild with active raiding that doesn't mind testing in the middle of a raid, please let me know.

Start a roll for an item
Track rolls for the item
Announces rolls ending soon
Closes roll for an item
Announces who won the item
