GildenPlaner – Guild Planner for WoW Forever

Raid and dungeon sign-ups, group finder, private guild messaging, bulletin board, member list, profession search and a free 1–60 leveling guide. Everything lives in one window and needs no external website.

Interface language: German. The addon is currently only available in German.

Features

Sign-ups & Group Finder

• Create raids, dungeons and free group events (leveling, quests, elite quests, world events, farming, PvP, guild events). Every guild member can create events.
• Dropdown with all raids and dungeons. Role requirements (tanks / healers / DPS) are pre-filled to match the raid size.
• Optional level range, minimum item level and a "Now" button for spontaneous groups.
• Sign up as tank, healer or DPS, or as "maybe" or "decline". Role icons show at a glance which requirements are covered.
• Raids: the creator confirms players and moves them to the bench or waiting list. Dungeons and groups: sign-ups count right away. Free group events have no player limit.
• Raid roster like the raid frame: groups 1–8 with class-coloured tiles and item level. Drag & drop players between groups, the waiting list, the bench or "rejected".
• "Invite all": invites every confirmed player who is online, converts to a raid and sorts everyone into their planned groups.
• Events by guild leaders and officers are pinned to the top with a gold frame and a crown.

Bulletin Board

• Officers post announcements (long texts supported) and polls with up to 5 answers.
• Everyone can vote. Hover over an answer to see who chose it.

Private Guild Messages

• Send messages to guild members directly inside the addon.
• Offline delivery: if the recipient is offline, the message is delivered as soon as they log in, either by you or by another guild member running the addon (optional, can be turned off).
• Name suggestions from your guild as you type.

Member List

• Every addon shares the character's level and item level automatically.
• Sort by item level or level, filter by role and faction, and set your own main spec and a short note.
• Message button on every row.

Professions

• Professions and recipes are detected automatically once you open your profession window.
• Search the whole guild for items or recipes and see who can craft what. Click a name to message the crafter.

Guests

• Guild leaders and officers can invite players from outside the guild as guests.
• Guests see events and the bulletin board, can sign up and vote. Messages and the member list stay internal.
• Access can be revoked at any time, and revoking removes the data on the guest's side.

Partner Guild Bridge (Horde ↔ Alliance)

• Link your guild with a partner guild of the other faction through BattleTag friends who run the addon.
• Shared guild chat across factions, with @mentions.
• Shared free group events and bulletin board posts. Raids and dungeons stay within your own faction.

Leveling Guide 1–60

• A dedicated "Levelguide" tab with a quest route and a dungeon route for both factions.
• Current step with objectives, target NPC and map pin, plus the next 5 steps as a preview.
• Direction arrow with distance to the current objective. Waypoints can be set (TomTom supported).
• Completed steps (quest accepted, quest turned in, level reached, zone entered) are skipped automatically.
• Compact window to follow along while playing, resizable and movable (/gpguide).
• See which guild members are currently levelling which section.
• Progress is saved per character.

Comfort

• Modern dark design.
• Window can be resized freely: width only, height only, or both.
• Tabs wrap into a second row in narrow windows.
• ESC does not close the window by accident; only the "x" does.
• Minimap button and addon compartment entry.

Slash Commands

Requirements & Notes

• All features that share data need the addon on both sides (guild members, guests, partner guild).
• Data is bound to your guild. If you leave or change guild, you start with an empty data set.
• Addon messages from strangers are ignored.
• Offline messages relayed by other members are obfuscated, not truly encrypted. This relay can be turned off in the "Nachrichten" tab.

• Levels 1 to about 22: based on the free guides by RestedXP, licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 (attribution, non-commercial, share-alike).
• Levels 22–60: custom route calculated from the Questie database (GPL-3.0).
